Arts & Emporium work gets affected as FA enjoys Dubai sojourn

Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 31: Despite government directive to the officials not to leave the state without prior permission, the Financial Advisor of Arts and Emporium is in Dubai without getting the leave sanctioned from the concerned authorities. In Kashmir, the District Development Commissioners and Heads of departments have been directed to seek proper permission before proceeding to Jammu to attend any function or meeting. These officers have been told to attend meetings being held in Jammu through video conferencing instead going to winter capital. "These officials have been directed not to come unnecessarily to Jammu and attend the meetings through video conference," an official posted at the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir said. However, the Financial Advisor of Arts and Emporium left for Dubai few days before. "His leave as on today has not been sanctioned but he left for Dubai," an official of Finance Department said.
