Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 19: After blaming own party president Mehbooba Mufti for the present situation in the erstwhile state of J&K, patron of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former Deputy Chief Minister, Muzaffar Hussain Baig on Sunday dropped any bombshell by alleging that the Congress had supported abrogation of Article 370 in the Parliament. “Congress and many other parties had not voted against move of the government to abolish Article 370 in the Parliament.
