Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 28: The documents pertaining to withdrawal of Constituency Development Fund in far flung areas of Kishtwar District Viz Marwah and Warwan blocks has thrown light on the murkier nexus between the political activists and the officials of the Rural Development Department wherein the CDF worth crores has been withdrawn without execution of works on ground. Documents available with Early Times, available through RTI filed by Abdul Wahid Malik and Ghulam Rasool Magrey, after highlighting the fraudulent withdrawal of CDF to the tune of Rs. 52.90 lakhs by the Block Development Officer Dachhan, Parveen Kumar and his subordinate staff sanctioned by the PDP legislator Firdous Ahmed Tak without execution of the work on ground by keeping the legislator into dark as he (Tak) might be unaware about the fraudulent withdrawal of the CDF given by him for various developmental activists in the area.
