Early Times Report Srinagar, Jan 28: A month after seizing the house of radical separatist leader late Syed Ali Shah Geelani, a special court of the National Investigation Agency has ordered the attachment of the office of All Parties Hurriyat Conference situated at Rajbagh area in Srinagar, officials said. An order passed by the NIA court Additional Sessions Judge New Delhi Shalinder Malik has ordered that “Immovable property i.e; building office of All Parties Hurriyat Conference at Rajbagh which was earlier used as office of APHC is ordered to be attached. Necessary legal process be carried out in this regard.” The order passed by an NIA court was under the ‘NIA vs Mohammad Hafiz Saeed and others’ pursuant to the orders of MHA dated 30.05.2017 against Hafiz Syed. In its application, the NIA claimed that there is sufficient evidence against Naeem Khan – the accused Hurriyat leader – who “partly owns the property”. 11 detained for “capturing” vital installation pictures in Jammu outskirts

Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 28: Nearly one dozen labourers have been detained for allegedly capturing pictures of vital installations in Arnia area here in the city outskirts. Confirming the detention, police sources on Saturday said that Army troops last evening detained 11 labourers from bordering Arnia belt, who were allegedly clicking photographs of some vital installations in the area. "They were taken into custody and were later shifted to the Army camp," sources added. They said that the labourers belonged to Gool (Reasi) and Poonch districts.
