A new twist
10/28/2018 11:09:55 PM
Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 28: There is the possibility of the BJP stitching an alliance with law-makers from Kashmir and forming a coalition government in Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh State. This is what credible sources in the BJP suggest. Insiders revealed that "the BJP could allow formation of coalition government in the state under some Kashmiri leader with the BJP handling some important portfolios". What the credible sources in the BJP are suggesting just cannot be ignored. There appears a substance in what they are suggesting. That the state could witness formation of another coalition government could be gauged from what Governor Satya Pal Malik on Saturday told a news channel during an interview. The Governor, who had on many occasions after June 25 overruled the possibility of government formation in the state, has diluted his stand on the issue. He has said that he would recommend dissolution of the assembly and fresh elections in the state only if the present law-makers failed to form a viable government. "If a viable government can't be formed out of the present ...
