After Chhewang, more Ladakhi leaders to quit BJP
Humiliated by party's pro-Kashmir top-brass
11/16/2018 11:01:19 PM
Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 16: Virtually humiliated and betrayed by the nationalist BJP, many more Buddhist leaders from Ladakh would follow footsteps of the tallest Ladakhi leader Thupstan Chhewang who quit the saffron party on Wednesday. But due to pressure from some Kashmir-based leaders, the BJP rejected that long pending demand of the Ladakhi people. Also, these days BJP is giving importance only to some Kashmiri leaders and top party leaders have no time to visit Ladakh. Even a key BJP leader who frequently visits Kashmir Valley to appease some Kashmir-based leaders, never got time to visit Ladakh. As reported earlier, in a major setback to the BJP in the Ladakh region ahead of the parliamentary el...
