Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 1: After cancelling and initiating a probe in much controversial Group Medical Insurance Policy of government employees by the Governor Satay Pal Malik, the people expect a probe into illegal appointments in Small Scale Industries Development Corporation Limited (SICOP) where more than 200 blue eyed have been adjusted since 2015. Sources informed Early Times that just after assuming power by PDP-BJP coalition government led by Late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed had put blanket ban on re-engagement of any employee in any government departments.
