Early Times Report LEH, Nov 28: The government on Monday announced winter vacations in a phased manner for all government and private schools of Leh district from December-05 to February-28. The Chief Education Officer (CEO) Leh with the approval of concerned Deputy Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Developed Council (LADHC) has issued the official orders in this regard. Agencies New Delhi, Nov 28: India's first launchpad and mission control centre designed and operated by a private player has been inaugurated at the Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota, space startup Agnikul Cosmos announced on Monday. The startup, incubated at the Indian Institute of Technology-Madras, also plans to launch its customisable Agnibaan rocket from the launchpad before the end of this year. Early Times Report Srinagar, Nov 28: Kashmir valley continued to reel under the freezing temperatures with tourist hot spot of Pahalgam remaining the coldest place with minus 4.0 degree Celsius recorded on Monday, officials said. A Meteorological Department forecast of mainly dry weather over J&K during the next 24 hours. Tourist resort of Pahalgam in south Kashmir had a low of minus 4.0 degree Celsius on Monday against the minus 3.4 degree Celsius recorded the previous night.
