Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 8: The central government has censured the Jammu and Kashmir administration for failing to show any progress on making the much hyped AIIMS project as success in JK's twin capitals of Srinagar and Jammu. As per the sources who are privy to these details, the central government has sought answers from concerned quarters in Jammu and Kashmir over why they have failed to make any progress in the construction of AIIMS and why the funds sanctioned by the union government haven't been utilized to the fullest. The JK administration, said sources, is preparing a detailed reply in which the status of the project will be highlighted and the hurdles that occurred in its implementation will also be thoroughly presented before the GOI. Meanwhile, the official data reveals that out of the total Rs Two Thousand Crores, the government sanctioned Rs Nine Thousand crores at the first place for the construction of AIIMS in Jammu.
