Jammu, Dec 9: The Estates Department in Jammu and Kashmir has exhibited yet another display of pathetic functioning as it has left no less than more than 200 move employees without shelter in state's winter capital.
As per the reports coming to fore, more than 200 state government employees who are discharging their duties in Jammu are spending their days without any accommodation as the department of estates has ruthlessly left them in lurch and hasn't given them any place to stay. On the other hand, the political sycophants of various political parties have been given the prized locations in private hotels as means to stay, the cost of which is being borne by the department of estates.
