Mehbooba forgets her toffee remark, sheds crocodile tears over killings'
12/17/2018 10:46:29 PM
Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 17: Former Chief Minister and the President of the Peoples Democratic Party Mehbooba Mufti misses no opportunity to castigate the Governor's administration in Jammu and Kashmir. "How long are we going to shoulder the coffins of our youngsters? So many civilians killed today post encounter in Pulwama. No country can win a war by killing its own people. I strongly condemn these killings," Mehbooba Mufti had said soon after the seven civilians were killed near the encounter site at Sirnoo Pulwama in south Kashmir on Saturday. An analyst while talking to Early Times said, "When Mehbooba was heading the state in 2016 and protesters were killed in the security forces firing she hit out at the people stating that do they send their children to Army camps to buy toffees and fetch milk?." He said that after losing power she has forgotten the explanations she used to provide for the civilian killings. "There is no denial to the fact that no country can win a war by killing its own people but the leadership needs to tell the people that going near the encounte...

12/17/2018 10:46:09 PM
Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 17: Misinformation campaign has been launched in Pakistan about the Instrument of Accession signed by Maharaja Hari Singh on October 26, 1947 and accepted by the Government of India. Those who have launched this no-holds-barred campaign in Pakistan have been seeking to tell the people that "Kashmir has always been an eyesore for Hindu communalists"; that "the Instrument of Accession was signed by Maharaja Hari Singh on the condition that its people would decide the dispute, retaining autonomy"; and that the promise was broken by Delhi". Identical campaign has been going on Kashmir since 1947 itself with almost all Kashmiri leaders accusing Delhi of subverting...

Are PDP men working as B-team of BJP to polarize voters in Chenab region?
Was Bajrang Dal attack on PDP MLC a fixed match?
12/17/2018 10:45:57 PM
Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 17: The attack by Bajrang Dal activists on the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) legislator Firdous Ahmad Tak has mired into a controversy as questions have been raised whether it was a fixed match between erstwhile friends, Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) and PDP to polarize voters in Chenab valley region, so that the saffron party benefits from it. If the earlier bonhomie between PDP and BJP leaders in Kishtwar region along with the incidents of past few months could be analysed, it signals that something is cooking between PDP and BJP leaders in entire Chenab region. The speech of PDP MLC Firdous Ahmed Tak in Kishtwar followed by circulation of videos on social...
