Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 31: As the Health and Medical Education (H&ME) Department of Jammu and Kashmir yet is undecided over the private practices of the serving doctors whether it should go for the ban it like other Union Territories or not, the medicos fraternity too is in ‘Catch 22’ situation as some look for a ban while others not. As soon as Jammu and Kashmir has become a Union Territory since then a lot of debate has been generating over imposition, a ban on the private practice of medicos has generated a lot of debate and following the huge hue and cry the doctor fraternity has divided over the blanket ban on the practices.
