SRINAGAR, Feb 9: The Srinagar office of Accountant General of Jammu & Kashmir has become a hub of 'corruption' with the retiring employees being forced to visit the office for the settlement of pension cases that are pending there for months together.
A group of aggrieved retired employees told Early Times that the normal procedure of settling the pension related matters of a retired employee within 45 days is not being followed at the Srinagar office of Accountant General. ANANTNAG, Feb 9: A group of employees posted at District Youth Service and Sports office in South Kashmir's Anantnag district on Monday accused their district head of harassing them unnecessarily.
The employees have filed a written complaint with Director General Youth Service and Sports (J&K) against the officer and also sought the intervention of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam.
