Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 10: In a shocking case of official patronage and backing to corrupt officials of the CAPD department, the Tehsil Supply Officer Kishtwar has allegedly been selling the ration meant for poor and needy ration card holders and has sold around 3000 Quintal of Ration under Mufti Mohammad Syed Scheme in black. As a result of these corrupt practices, the poor people are facing hardship during the winter season when heavy snowfall has crippled the life in mountainous Districts of Kishtwar. As per the details available with ET, even during Governor's rule, the corruption in CAPD has ceased to slow down.
