Ishtiyaq Ahmad Early Times Report Srinagar, Feb 1: All eyes are set on Tuesday's meeting between PDP president Mehbooba Mufti and Governor N N Vohra over government formation in the state. The PDP could not arrive on a consensus on the second consecutive day on Monday and now Mehbooba would place the party's position before Governor N N Vohra. Mehbooba had convened her party legislators meeting on Monday during which, as per sources, the MLAs gave mixed opinion regarding their alliance with the BJP. "Most of the MLAs want the party president to form the government with the BJP," a source privy to the meeting said. "But the lawmakers said the 'Agenda of Alliance' should be implemented in letter and spirit. They highlighted various issues that need urgent implementation." Sources said during Monday's meeting, it was decided that BJP should re-confirm the terms of alliance which were agreed upon during Mufti Mohammed Sayeed's reign and released a time-bound action plan to address the financial, political and economic concerns of the state. Credible sources in the PDP said t...
