Jehangir Rashid Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Feb 3: The office of Director School Education Kashmir has become out of bounds for the common masses and the employees of the department who approach the office with regards to their own issues, grievances and problems. Sources told Early Times that dozens of persons who have been visiting the office of Director School Education Kashmir are being denied the opportunity to meet the Director Mohammad Younis Malik. As a result of this the people are not able to project their grievances before the Director and there is no solution at the end of the day. “For the past many days the Director has not been meeting the people who approach his office with respect to their particular issues. For hours together these people wait in the meeting hall and at the end of the day they are dejected since the officer does not pay heed to their repeated requests,” said sources. Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 3: Though Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has made it mandatory to implement FASTags on National Highway toll plazas, since January 15 but at Sarore toll plaza there is merely one FASTag lane and three non-FASTag lanes for incoming vehicles to Jammu. According to the last order issued by Union Ministry of Road Transport had said that at least 75 percent lanes at toll plazas must use the electronic toll collection FASTag and 25 percent of FASTag lanes had to be treated as hybrid lanes for a month, on which cash would be accepted till January 15.
