Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 9: Terror sleeper-cells trying to prove accused as 'juvenile' Jammu, March 9: Highly motivated and dreaded terrorists- who had lobbed grenade in Jammu bus stand which claimed lives of two youth, was nabbed within hours after the incident. But now sleepers-cells of terrorists, working in different areas, have started a vicious campaign to prove hardcore terrorist as "juvenile". Within hours after terrorist was nabbed, the sleeper-cells of ISI have started their campaign on the social media that the youth- whose terror act has claimed lives of two innocent youth, is a teenager and is under 16. These sleeper cells have been claiming that he was paid Rs 50,000 by a Hizbul Mujahideen militant for it.
