Koushal Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 14: The fake promises of the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) to act against illegal immigrants have been exposed after name of its leaders surfaced in providing lands for the settlement of Rohingyas in Jammu. According to highly placed sources, the youth who assaulted media persons at Rohingya concentrated Bhatindi belongs to the family of a BJP leader. "Mother of the accused youth, who assaulted media persons and also used abusive language at Bathindi area, is office bearer of Mahila Morcha of BJP and joined the BJP in 2013," said sources, adding that the party is also reluctant to take action against the illegal immigrants because they cannot afford to offend their Mahila Morcha office bearer, who had provided land for settlement to Rohingyas. "It is the only reason BJP is hesitant to take any action against the Rohingyas who are illegally settled in Bathindi area", said a source.
