BJP cheats border people on recruitments

Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 14: BJP leadership is trying to cheat border residents of Jammu province by fixing 'zero to 10 kilometers' distance as criteria for recruitments in the two battalions of police. For the last five years real suffers of Pakistani shelling have been demanding that those living within distance of "zero to five kilometers" should be declared as real sufferers but due to vote bank BJP leadership has forced Governor's administration to "zero to ten kilometers" as beneficiaries. As reported by media decision of the state to raise two border battalions has stoked a fresh controversy as people living on the International Border (IB) are fumed over benefits being given to 'undeserving' residents at the cost of real sufferers. Border residents said that the notification issued by the authorities is nothing but an attempt to hoodwink innocent border dwellers. The recruitment should be made within a radius of zero to 5 km from the IB and not beyond this distance.
