JAMMU, Apr 15: Rattled by the ensuing democratic exercise across the country including Jammu and Kashmir, militants have threatened to target Railway network in the state. A threatening letter to Railways authorities has alerted intelligence agencies to up their antenna to thwart any nefarious design as the threatening letter has been issued two days ahead of the 2nd phase of Lok Sabha election in Jammu and Kashmir.
A letter purportedly by terror outfit Lashkar-e-Toiba has threatened to blow up Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir railway stations and prominent temples including Raghunath temple and SMVD Shrine in Jammu.

SRINAGAR, Apr 15: Much to the amusement of National Conference supporters, party patron Farooq Abdullah did it again. The '77-year-old' flamboyant son of NC founder Shiekh Mohammad Abdullah surprised folk dancers when he joined them and danced to their tunes in Central Kashmir's Budgam district today.
Abdullah was in Rawalpur Khansahab to address an election rally. After the culmination of rally, Kashmir folk dancers started beating drums while Farooq Abdullah came down from the stage and danced to tunes of 'bande paethar' (folk dance), a report said.
