Arun Jasrota Early Times Report Udhampur, Apr 20: A large number of people of Udhampur, including some Army officers, soldiers, ex-servicemen and school students on Saturday paid tributes to Captain Tushar Mahajan on his 29th birth anniversary. Captain Tushar's father Dev Raj, however, lamented that all promises made by the authorities after his son's death remain unfulfilled. Dev Raj told Early Times that at the time when his son Captain Tushar attained martyrdom, government had promised to rechristen Udhampur Railway Station as Capt. Tushar Mahajan Railway station and a park in the name of Capt.
