According to the details available with Early Times the matter was brought into the notice of the Station House Officer police Station Bani but no FIR has been lodged in this connection till date. A complainant Badar Din But son of Rustam Butt, of Bani has lodged a complaint against his real brother Kher Din Butt and another revenue official Naib Tehsildar posted at Bani. The complainant in his complaint has claimed that his brother is using different names in different states. “My brother has named himself as Vijay Kumar son of Nanak Chand in Punjab, he is using a Punjab model vehicle bearing registration number PB10BV-8787 registered on the name of Vijay Kumar in Punjab". Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 7: The short-listing criteria for engagement of candidates on academic arrangement basis in the Government Degree Colleges has come under scanner as Higher Education Department has arbitrarily allotted points to Ph.D and some online courses, bypassing the guidelines issued by University Grants Commission (UGC) for the same purpose. The Jammu and Kashmir Higher Education Department in the last two years has revised the guidelines four times for the engagement of candidates on academic arrangement basis.
