Avinash Azad Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 8:Despite lapse of 18 months and repeated reminders from Government to conduct probe into alleged swindling of BADP funds for model villages, Chief Engineer, PWD R&B, Jammu as chairperson of the committee didn't bother to hold even a single meeting as per the job assigned upon him. According sources, the Planning Development & Monitoring Department had ordered an enquiry into alleged swindling of funds to the tone of over three crore of rupees by Officer Rural Development Jammu.
