TOP STORY OF THE DAY
Mehbooba, Omar can't mend their ways?
Leave no opportunity to appease Pak, seem least bothered about their own country's honour, dignity
5/12/2019 11:49:28 PM
Early Times Report Jammu, May 12: Kashmir centric politicians are once again toeing the line of people sitting in Pakistan and have started castigating Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, for his "cloud cover" remark about Balakot airstrikes carried out by the Indian Air Force jets in February this year. It's in place to mention here that the PM Modi recently while talking to a national news channel had said that "IAF jets carried out the air strikes in Balakot despite thick cloud cover being at place." The PM Modi's remarks pinched the people sitting in Pakistan. They started ridiculing him for saying, "Pakistan radars missed Indian jets due to thick cloud cover." An analyst while talking to Early Times said, "The people, who have made an issue of PM Modi's statement, seem to have forgotten that in fact Pakistan's radar system failed to detect the IAF jets, and it's a truth which no one can deny." He said that people sitting in Pakistan have made an issue of PM Modi's statement as the very thought of Balakot airstrikes hurts them and they recollect the embarrassment which their c...

Early Times Report Srinagar, May 12: Exposing their double standards, the separatists have maintained silence over the rape of a 3-year-old girl of Sumbal Bandipora because she belonged to a particular sect. Such acts clearly reflect division among Muslims. The three year old girl was raped three days before in Trigam Sumbal area by a 25-years-old. A complaint was filed against the accused by the family of the victim. The police have arrested the accused and were investigating him. The Jammu and Kashmir police formed a Special Investigation Team (STI) to investigate the incident. To cover its failures, Govt makes butcher a scapegoat
Lawlessness Zindabad!
5/12/2019 11:44:53 PM
Early Times Report Jammu, May 12: Call it an irony of sorts or something else, in six days of revered Muslim month Ramadan, the state authorities have in the entire state cracked whip against just one meat shop owner and the action has been ironically publicised widely as a very major achievement. As the government is being criticised widely for allowing black marketing during the ongoing month of Ramadan and not acting against the violators, the dispensation in order to save itself from further ridicule made a shop owner a scapegoat and presented him as a mascot all across. It was indeed questionable that how come the government in entire state found just one single shop owner who ...
