Srinagar, May 1: The J&K High Court has sought details from Director SKIMS about the steps taken by the institute’s governing body and government for implementing the recommendations of the Court Committee on swine flu measures in the state.
Hearing a Public Interest Litigation, a bench of Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar and Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey directed the SKIMS Director Dr Showkat Zargar to file status report before the next date on week commencing May 25.
“The Court Committee shall prepare and file a comprehensive final report to enable the court to issue directions to the concerned authorities for implementation of the same,” the bench said.
