Likely to join Sajad Lone's PC
5/21/2019 11:23:48 PM
Early Times Report Jammu, May 21: Chances are high that PDP president Mehbooba Mufti may remove party patron Muzaffar Hussain Beigh or he may himself leave the party, as wedge between him and the PDP is only getting wider with each passing day. During the recent vital meeting of the PDP leaders in Mehbooba's residence in Srinagar, Beigh as the party patron was also invited on the occasion. However, as per the reports, he preferred not to speak on the occasion. Citing ill health, Beigh told other leaders that he is not able to speak and therefore should be excused. "We were surprised that why he preferred not to speak at this crucial juncture. All were expecting him to speak and tell the party what should be done and where and what should be the areas of focus for the party to emerge victorious. However, to everybody's surprise, he didn't speak," says a party member who was present on the occasion. However, what caught every body's attention was the speech of party president Mehbooba Mufti who fired salvos indirectly at Beigh, accusing him of not supporting party's candidate ...
