Early Times Report Jammu, May 23: After successfully roped in most of the prominent politicians of Jammu province, the BJP has now shifted its focus to the Kashmir Valley to convince some big leaders to join the party. Highly placed sources in the party said that a prominent political personality in Kashmir Valley has initiated back-channel discussions with the BJP leadership at the Centre. “This leader belongs to a reputed political family of Kashmir Valley and has a strong influence in both in Jammu and Kashmir regions”, sources said and added that this leader was in Delhi some days back. “Although nothing has been finalized so far, BJP is trying to rope in this prominent leader to strengthen its base in Kashmir Valley before the coming assembly election”, sources said and added that the central leadership of BJP has asked this leader to establish direct contact with top leadership instead of disclosing any strategy before the local leadership. Early Times Report Jammu, May 23: Recovery of a huge cache of weapons from three terrorists of The Resistance Force (TRF) by Srinagar Police has revealed that terrorists preferred pistols in place of AK-47 rifles. Srinagar police on Monday arrested two-hybrid terrorists of The Resistance Front (TRF) and seized a huge cache of weapons. Arms recovered from the arrested terrorists included 15 pistols, 30 magazines, 300 rounds and one silencer recovered. Early Times Report Srinagar, May 23: J&K Police on Monday said it has arrested three militants of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba, who were allegedly involved in the conspiracy and killing of a Sarpanch last month in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. Early Times Report Srinagar, May 23: In a major success, two local hybrid militants of the Resistance Front, a shadow group of Lashkar-e-Taiba were arrested in Srinagar with 15 pistols, 30 magazines, 300 rounds and a silencer, police said on Monday.
