Early Times Report Jammu, May 25: As the separatists have announced to launch an agitation to oppose the Sainik and Pandit colonies in Kashmir, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has stepped in to ensure that state government doesn't succumb under pressure and goes ahead with the proposed plan to set up these townships, sources told Early Times on Wednesday. They said, MHA has taken a serious note about the Jammu and Kashmir government softening its stand over the issue and has got it conveyed to the state that it should not pay any heed towards the hue and cry raised by the separatists and pave the way for ensuring that land for these colonies is identified and construction work is undertaken without wasting any more time. Sources said that MHA has taken a strong note about the JK government spokesman ruling out exclusive colonies for Kashmiri Pandits and "toeing the line of the separatists."
