Early Times Report Jammu, June 17: Apparently busy in approving historic Rs 12,600.58cr District Capex Budget for the year 2021-22, the helmsmen seem to have forgotten thousands of people associated with roadside eateries. These small time businessmen and their workers are on the verge of starvation as the authorities have not them to restart their eateries. Despite authorities giving relaxation to a large number of business enterprises these small units have been ignored. These small time vendors have taken loans to survive as their savings stand exhausted. One can find roadside eateries in every nook and corner of the city as well as along the link roads or on highways. Early Times Report Jammu, June 17: Patients admitted in a COVID-19 ward at Government Medical College Jammu had a close shave on Wednesday after the oxygen supply was snapped for nearly ten minutes. Attendants of these patients appeared outside the GMC here this morning and narrated the ordeal they underwent. “The oxygen supply went off suddenly in the ward which led to the abrupt fall in saturation levels of the patients admitted in the ward,” they said. “Had the doctors and the paramedical staff not shown the presence of mind, many patients could have collapsed. Early Times Report Srinagar, June 17: Even as the Raj Bhawan had promised immediate employment of 50,000 uneducated youth of Jammu and Kashmir in 2019, two years on, the Jammu and Kashmir government has failed to recruit even18,000 of them.
