K Koushal Early Times Report Jammu, July 11: A Deputy General Manager of JKSPDC has managed a plum posting as attached official for last almost 16 years from his parent department, that is, Public Health and Engineering (PHE). If sources are to be believed, four years ago Mohammad Hussain Teli, the Deputy General Manager (Civils) Corporate Office JKSPDC, was shifted back to his parent department by the then Commissioner Secretary Power, Sandeep Naik due to his controversial behaviour. But Teli managed his posting back to JKSPDC since he was 'blue eyed boy' of various officers who gave him the prime position of Deputy General Manager although he was junior to many as he was mere JE from PHE's hydraulic wing.
