Early Times Report Srinagar, July 15: An officer of the state administrative service who was until recently Private Secretary to former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti, rather than voluntarily disclosing his property is concealing the same. The property statement of the year 2017 submitted by Senior KAS officer Hashmat Ali before the General Administration Department (GAD) is a mystery of errors. The officer owns a huge property in his name which includes a 60 kanal land at Kulan Tehsil Kangan District Ganderbal.
