Early Times Report Jammu, July 16: Charge-sheeted for misappropriation of funds, as Block Development Officer (BDO) in district Jammu, the tainted officer is moving from pillar to post to get parachuted as Director Rural Development Jammu. Highly placed sources in Secretariat informed the name of tainted officer figures in penal of proposed officers for the post of Director RDD Jammu.
