Early Times Report Jammu, July 18: Ahead of release of 'Shadi ke Patasay' on Friday, the film has been hit by a controversy as one of the actors who had worked with the director Shahid Kazmi has alleged that he 'fleeces' local youth and seeks money from gullible youth to give them a chance in movies. Masood , resident of Sunjawan has lodged a complaint against the director Shahid Kazmi in Crime Branch headquarters Jammu alleging that the said director is 'big fraud and manipulator'. "Shaid Kazmi signed a contract with me in 2016 demanding Rs 20000 to make a film Faulaad. Later he also took unaccounted money from me and other artists to complete the movie which never was released. He never paid the money back", claimed Masood. The copies of complaint filed in Crime Branch headquarters as well as of the bond signed between Kazmi and Masood is in possession of this reporter. Official figures reveal that past three years have witnessed a jump from 15 percent to a shocking 90 percent of all drug addicts treated at a government hospital in Srinagar. The de-addiction OPD at Srinagar's Shri Maharaja Hari Singh (SMHS) Hospital witnessed 489 patients from April 2016-March 2017.
