The website namely https://jk.gov.in along with its section https://jk.gov.in/jkeservices/ is down from the server and becomes inaccessible for the applicants. The main web page reads : “Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Jehangir Rashid Early Times Report SRINAGAR, July 28: A medico was among the 12 people who died due to Corona Virus in the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir in the past 24 hours. The union territory reported 489 fresh cases of virus today with the number of positive cases reaching 18,879. Reports said that Dr. Shabir Ahmad Malik posted at Gurez in Bandipora district died due to COVID-19 today.
