Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 13: Before and after August 5- when the Article 370 was scrapped by the Rajya Sabha, PDP, NC and Congress leaders of Kashmir Valley are inciting Dogras against this decision of the BJP government. Leaders of these parties have warned that identity of Dogras was under threat after abrogation of Article 370 because outsiders will influx Jammu. But they have forgotten that PDP, NC and Congress had joined together to stop issuing of Dogra certificate in the year 2011 when NC was heading coalition with Congress and some other small groups. PDP was principal opposition party but at that time no leader from the party had opposed decision of the then state government to destroyed Dogra identity. Instead of playing the role of opposition to protect interests of Dogras, PDP had rather mounted pressure on the NC-Congress coalition government to scrap Dogra certificate due to direction from Sayeed Ali Shah Geelnai.
