Nitesh Sangral Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 21: Virtually upset over alleged "notoriety" gained in past few months due to alleged misdeeds, the Principal of Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu is reportedly in process of becoming a "dictator", for which he wants 'wanton powers' of debarring students from the College, invoking ban on their democratic activities and even ruining their career, junior doctors have alleged. However, the GMC administration claimed that the proposed steps have been taken, keeping in view the patient care as well as smooth functioning of GMCH Jammu and its associated hospitals and emergency services.
