Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 21: The Government of India Reorganising Jammu and Kashmir State into Union Territories (UTs) has left the politician high and dry. According to J&K Reorganisation Act 2019, the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will have 90 assembly seats, after the delimitation will be held. However strength of new cabinet will be just 10 percent of total strength of the new legislature. "The Reorganisation of the state has also led to abolish of the Upper House and there will be no Legislative Council in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. An Analyst while talking to Early Times said, "Politicians during the past 70 years have been ruling Jammu and Kashmir, will find it very difficult to adjust with the new setup." He said, "Which ever the party comes to power in Jammu and Kashmir after the assembly elections are held, will have a limited role, as major decisions will be taken by the Lt.
