"The Centre downgrading Jammu and Kashmir state to Union Territory seems to be a part of the long term plan to revive politician process in the region so that true representative of people become leaders", he added. A Kashmir watcher said during the past 30 years, many people, who never contested elections, have become leaders in Kashmir, and claimed that they are representatives of people.
