Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 25: While the so-called patriotic BJP leaders of JK preferred to toe separatist line to remain in power, Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti today tore the separatists apart and taught BJP leaders how to give a befitting reply to the anti-national elements. Acting like a tough administrator, Mehbooba spoke plainly and bluntly about prevailing situation in the Valley and made important statement. She exposed vicious campaign launched by the some forces against security forces and admitted in the presence of Union Home Minister, Rajnath Singh that those killed in Kashmir during these 45 days of "hadn't gone to buy milk and get toffees from Army or security forces' bunkers". Agencies New Delhi , Aug. 25 :An expert panel constituted by the Home Ministry to find an alternative to pellet guns for crowd control following uproar against its use in Kashmir has zeroed in on 'PAVA shells', a chilli-based ammunition, which is less lethal and immobilises the target temporarily.
