Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 9: In brazen violation of the orders of the Governor on revoxation of attachments in all government departments, there are number of doctors actually posted at different health institutes but continue to enjoy favorable attachment. An official, seeking anonymity said the Government of Jammu and Kashmir had issued a circular vide no 22 GAD of 2018, dated 06-07-2018, states that all employees presently on attachment with their respective or other departments would be repatriated to their parent organization with immediate effect. "For example, a Medical Officer, who had been posted a Primary Health Centre by the health department in the interest of patient care but the doctor, has managed to attachment in District Hospital Samba and working there for last five months which is the clear violation of the government orders, "the official claimed.
