Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 13: Rights and social groups have been urging the central government to initiate a thorough probe into the plunder of the state exchequer done by the previous regimes in Jammu and Kashmir in the name of perks, sops and doles. As per the reports coming to fore, the government has been receiving plethora of requests from various social groups in which pleas are being made that it should thoroughly hold probe into the embezzlements that have been done by the previous governments in Jammu and Kashmir so that they could avail a very luxurious lifestyle for themselves and for their families. "The plunder of the state exchequer needs to be examined thoroughly and it needs to be seen what has been done to those gadgets which were gifted to the legislators," says an official. One such complaint rakes up the purchase of the laptops for the legislators, a majority of them didn't even know how to even operate an android phone.
