Nitesh Sangral Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 24: An unusual act of insubordination marred the graceful atmosphere of meeting presided over by Health Minister in which tug of ego war surfaced with administrative heads of different wings located in Medical College Jammu entered into heated arguments coupled with counter allegations and deviating from the established norms of official propriety and decency. If sources are to be believed, MS of SSH Jammu is likely to be attached in keeping view of complaints against him and today's episode during Minister's meeting.
