Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 8: In a controversial decision, a professor who is already accused of large scale bungling at Kishtwar Campus during his tenure as director there, has been appointed as Dean faculty of Arts, University of Jammu. This year on July 25, when Professor MK Dhar took over as Vice Chancellor University of Jammu, it was assumed that only those persons who have a clean track record will be given responsibilities of important posts at University of Jammu. But the recent decision of the varsity to appoint a tainted Professor as Dean Faculty of Arts has raised many eyebrows on the function and line of action of the newly appointed VC.
