| Awareness programme on Child Rights organised | | |  Early Times Report
RAMBAN, Feb 20: Under Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS), a programme was organized today to create awareness among students, NGO and various social workers about Child Rights and raising awareness regarding use of 1098, helpline and child rights for children.
Irfan ul Aziz Tantry member CWC Ramban and Akhter Abass Naik Honourary Chairman Protection of Humanity Organisation spoke on the Child Rights and Child abuse. Nighat Ara member JJB spoke on the general awareness about ICPS.
Chairman Municipality Committee Ramban, ward members, President Private School Association, President RET Forum Ramban Tirth Singh Balwal and NGO,The whole team of ICPS RAMBAN were present in the programme.
On the occasion, it was informed to the participants regarding the Child Rights and Child abuse. It was told that the purpose of this programme is to create awareness about the functioning of ICPS. It also discussed that ICPS works towards children in need of care and protection and Children in conflict with law. |
