Udhampur, June 8 : Jammu and Kashmir Judicial Employees Welfare Association (JEWA) demanded Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to fulfill its long pending demands in meeting held a meeting here. Hailing the pro-employees decisions of government, Jammu and Kashmir Judicial Employees Welfare Association (JEWA) appealed Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to fulfill its longstanding demands. In a statement, JEWA District president Sudershan Sharma has expressed hope that CM would personally intervene to fulfill the long pending demands of the employees of subordinate courts. Speaking in the meeting members reiterated the demand of the Association to fulfil the agreement of April 8, 2008 with reference to the agreed agenda of the ministerial staff of the subordinate courts. "We are optimistic that the government will fulfil our demands including zero financial scheme, creation of posts in newly created districts and implementation of Shetty Commission recommendations,". |
