HC stays SRO 123 for session 2014-15 6/11/2014 11:23:13 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 11: In the writ petition filed by the Private School Association (PSA) &others regarding SRO123, High Court today directed the Govt not to insist the compliance of SRO 123 OF 2010 dated 18.03.2010 by the applicant /petitioners school for the current session 2014-2015. On hearing both sides, justice B L Bhat directed the respondent/state not insist the compliance of impugned SRO 123 dated 18.03.2010.for the current session 2014-15. Earlier Advocate Rohit Mattu argued the matter and drew the attention of the High Court on the seriousness and the emergent nature of the matter.
