Early Times Report

Jammu, June 11: All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) has asked the center government to modify the laws for immediate public punishment for rape cases.
As per press release, General Secretary Prof. Kali Dass said punishment for rape cases should be divided into three categories which should be as a rape case in which two or more men are involved is a clear cut case of forcible outrage of woman/girls only need medical check-up and once it is proved that it is a rape case, the accused must be shot dead / hanged in public to create terror among others to desist from such acts and this process should not take more than 10 days after the arrest of the culprits. He further said that if only one person is involved and rape is confirmed, the accused should be make impotent once for all and should be given life-time jail imprisonment and a similar punishment should be given to an acid thrower on the girls which spoils their lives, should be considered as an attempt more ahead of murder-case for which hanging is the only solution.
He also criticized the Mulayam Singh Yadav who made a statement "Now you will hang them, Boys will be boys" and his son Akhlesh Yadav Chief Minister of UP State followed his father for making very such shameful statements which only encourage the "Jungal Rule as well as the Gunda Rule".
He also demanded police persons showing derelictions of duties or taking the side of the culprits should be taken seriously and action according to the nature of the crime act should be taken against them.
