Theft case worked out, stolen items recovered | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 14: Police today claimed cracked a theft case and recovered the stolen items while the accused has been arrested. Police spokesman said that following a complaint from one Kamal Gupta the complainant- a shopkeeper of Lakhdata Bazar Jammu (M/s Kamal Crockery House) at Police Station Peermittha therein alleging that his servant namely Bheem Kumar alias Prince of Potoli Brahmana had committed theft in his shop and had decamped with costly crockery items. Acting swiftly on the compliant a case under FIR no 44/2014 under section 381 of RPC has been registered at Peermittha and investigation started. "During course of investigation, SHO Peermittha Inspector Mashkoor Ahmed Giri under the supervision of SP North Yougal Manhas and SDPO North Kulbir Handa arrested the accused Bheem Kumar alias Prince, 'police said, adding, "during questioning the accused broke down and confessed his crime.' Police said, "following his disclosures police team has recovered the stolen crockery.' The investigation of the case is on, police further added. |
