| NRHM Programme Management Unit Staff demands regularization | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 15: All Programme Management Unit Staff working under centrally sponsored scheme National Rural Health Mission lodged a protest at press enclave and highlighted their demands of regularization of services. They accused the Mission Director NRHM for failing to project the employees demand, pick and chose policy Jgnoring Govt of India guidelines regarding salary component. The Govt must initiate a process for face wise regularizatation of staff working under NRHM.
The Programme Management Unit urged Hon'ble Chief Minister of J&K State , Jenab Omar Abdullah for regularization ,equal percentage of salary hike and no discrimination made. Regarding regularization of NRHM Staff Govt of India conveyed of State Govt Vide his D.O No P-17018/17/12/NRHM-IB Dated:- 09-07-2012 by the joint sectary, Minister of Health and Family Welfare Govt of India to Jammu & Kashmir, but our state is ignoring all this. We are around 10 thousand employees and some of our staff has already completed their 5 to 7 years of service. It is further stated that the J&K Govt has recently ordered for regularization of contractual/consolidated /daily wagers /need bases of the entire Department under SRO 255. It is humbly requested to Honorable Dynamic Chief Minister Jenab Omar Abdullah that on the analogy of these contractual employees we may also be regularized. |
