Jammu, June 16: In a latest twist over ongoing tussle over Article 370, the JK Youth Sharnarthi Action Committee (JKYSAC-PoK refugees) today asserted that any attempt to disturb the existing article 370 will further multiply the problems of the PoK refugees. In ameeting held here under the leadership of its president RC Sharma, the members pin pointed this and chairperson R C Sharma in his address said that final and permanent settlement would be made under this Article 370, which would be better for the POK refuges and present dispensation should understand this. "Article 370 ensure the guarantee for PoK refugees' settlement and PoK refugees would not allow its abrogation till their final settlement. He also appealed all groups for PoK refugees not to oppose Article 370 till the final settlement, he said while making an appeal to Union Government of India to take sincere efforts for proper settlement of PoK refugees. He appealed to Prime Minister Narender Modi not play jokes with PoK refugees and please be sincere towards PoK refugees who are first sufferer of Kashmir militancy since October 1947. Among those who spoke in the meeting included Iqbal Singh Iqbal, Baldev Singh, Monika Sharma, Tilak Raj Sharma, Vinod Sawhney, Jasvinder Kour, Abhijeet Sharma and others. |
